About the roleAs our Data Office continues to grow and embed data risk across the Society, we have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Data Risk Analyst.The Data Risk Analyst will support the Data Risk and Controls operating model to monitor the standards, processes, artefacts and governance mechanisms required for effective management of the Society’s risks.The person in post will monitor risks across the Society and will be the subject matter expert for all Data Risk reporting, providing timely insights against a set of defined Key Risk and Performance Indicators.Supporting the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) for the Data Office, the Data Risk Analyst will also support in producing a monthly dashboard report for the Data Risk Committee, providing accurate and insightful MI.Our benefits include:

We do reserve the right to close this advertisement early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.About youExperienced in risk analysis within a regulated environment, you’ll have previously worked within internal risk or audit functions.With the ability to track and monitor risk reduction plans, you’ll have knowledge of Risk and Control Self Assessment including controls testing risk policies and frameworks and also have demonstrable experience of risk identification, management and quantification.Previous risk experience within a data function is desirable, but not essential.About usAs a mutual, we’ve always worked together to improve the lives of others.
