• We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office in Sandyford.
• Suitable candidates should be living in Dublin.

Role:

• The successful Recruitment Consultant will manage the full 360 recruitment process.
• Business development with existing and new clients.
• Candidate attraction and screening.
• You will receive excellent training and work alongside highly skilled Recruitment Consultants, who will mentor you to become an expert in your field.

Requirements:

• Must have a Degree from a recognised third level institution.
• Ideally have 6 months of recent experience working in an office role in Dublin.
• The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be committed to offering the highest professional standards.
• Must have excellent computer skills, Word, Excel etc.
• Be self-motivated, organised and have excellent time management skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be results driven, confident, ambitious and career driven.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Have a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong decision making skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary + Uncapped Commission (basic salary + commission circa €40k-€60k+)
