We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our wonderful school. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about nurturing young minds and helping them build the foundations for a bright future.

In this role, you'll have the chance to shape the early learning experience of children, creating a positive and inspiring classroom where every student feels valued, engaged, and excited to learn.

A Day in the Life of a KS1 Teacher:

* Creative Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that bring the KS1 curriculum to life. You'll help children develop core skills in literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum in fun, meaningful ways.

* Student Growth: Support each child's individual academic and emotional development, tailoring your approach to ensure every student can progress at their own pace.

* Assessment & Feedback: Regularly assess students' learning, providing thoughtful and constructive feedback to help them grow and thrive. You'll help each child take ownership of their progress and set goals for improvement.

* Collaboration: Work with a supportive and dynamic team of teachers and staff, sharing ideas, resources, and strategies to make the learning environment the best it can be.

* Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and celebrating their achievements together.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a teacher who is more than just a classroom leader - you'll be a mentor, a motivator, and a role model. We'd love to hear from you if you:

* Are a Qualified Teacher: You hold QTS and have experience in teaching at KS1 (ideally), though we are happy to consider those new to the role as well.

* Bring Creativity to the Classroom: You're someone who can think outside the box, bringing new ideas and energy to teaching.

* Are Student-Centered: Your focus is on each child's needs, ensuring that every learner feels supported, challenged, and confident.

* Value Collaboration: You enjoy working in a team and sharing ideas to create the best learning experience for children.

* Have Strong Communication Skills: You'll be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues alike.

Why You'll Love Working with Us:

* A School that Cares: we are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for both students and staff. You'll be joining a school where your professional growth is a priority.

* Professional Development: We offer a range of opportunities for career progression, including training, mentorship, and leadership development.

* Supportive Leadership Team: Our senior team is approachable and dedicated to supporting your success. Whether it's planning, resources, or just a sounding board, you'll always have the help you need.

* A Positive Work Environment: We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and we actively support teachers in managing workloads in a realistic and sustainable way.

* Competitive Salary & Benefits: A competitive salary package in line with your experience, plus additional benefits.
