Our client, a specialist in underfloor heating, is currently recruiting for a Senior Air conditioning Engineer to join their growing engineering team. The Senior Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for general service and commissioning duties, as well as mentoring junior engineers.

This will be a field based role, primarily covering the South East but can involve travel UK wide.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

• General Service and commissioning duties, including planned and preventative maintenance.
• Attend client sites in a professional manner, liaising with onsite contacts and communicating effectively.
• Complete service and maintenance reports within expected timeframes, providing a clear and concise summary of works undertaken.
• Shadow junior Engineers, evaluating key skills and competency areas, providing constructive feedback and reporting progression
• Report escalations and issues to the service manager in a timely manner, as required.
• Undertake equipment production and assembly, including re-wiring, modifications, and unit testing from time to time.

Key Experience for the Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

• Minimum of 5-years' experience in a HVAC engineering or maintenance role.
• Experience of working with Air source Heat pumps advantageous
• FGas Certificate
