Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Salary: Up to £29,000

40 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will contribute to providing high-quality care and education for young children, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports their development. The setting is bright and modern, with separate rooms and gardens designed for different age groups. Rated Good by Ofsted, it offers childcare and education for children from birth to 5 years old, ensuring each child is supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Early Years (or above)
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the nursery environment

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children in their learning and development
• Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion
• Support children in developing their social, emotional, and cognitive skills
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates on children's progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team dynamic
