Our client is looking for a mortgage administrator to work out of their busy estate agents. They mainly deal with First Time Buyers, remortgages and landlords needing BTL.

Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities;

• Maintaining communication with clients throughout the process.
• Ensuring all data and documentation is uploaded to the company’s systems, with a high level of accuracy
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with the advisors as you support them day to day
• Packaging and submitting cases to the appropriate lender

Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Administrator;

• Minimum 1 years experience as a Mortgage Administrator
• CeMAP is a bonus, but not necessary
