Tax Senior required. My client is a well-established firm of chartered accounts based in Dudley, who are seeking a Tax Senior to join their welcoming and friendly team. My client provides a range of services to a wide variety of clients, most of which are based in the Black Country and Worcestershire.

Tax Senior Position Overview

Process self-assessment and personal tax returns for a variety of clients
Prepare and complete P11D forms
Communicate effectively with colleagues/clients/HMRC over the phone, through email and in writing
Assist with adhoc tax queries/projects
Support and mentor the more junior members of the team

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an accountancy practice, and will be CTA qualified/part-qualified.

Tax Senior Position Requirements

Suitable candidates must have 3+ years' relevant experience
Suitable candidates will ideally be CTA qualified or nearly qualified
Ideally candidates will have solid compliance experience within a similar mixed tax role, ideally with some exposure to advisory work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A highly organised individual
Excellent attention to detail

This is a fully office-based role so suitable candidates must have a reasonable commute to the Brierley Hill area.

Tax Senior Position Remuneration

£44,000-£50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
37 hours per week
