Inspired by the relaxed rhythms of the Mediterranean and Aegean regions, Kaso offers panoramic views over East London, a menu of botanical cocktails, and an eclectic urban soundtrack with DJs spinning every Friday and Saturday night.

As a Bartender at Kaso Rooftop, you will:

• Craft a variety of cocktails, beverages, and small bites with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and standards.

• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalised recommendations, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients, equipment, and glassware.

• Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders during busy periods.

• Stay informed about current beverage trends, new products, and techniques, and incorporate them into the Rooftop Bar offerings as appropriate.

Salary: £13 p/h + tronc
