Are you a compassionate and experienced tutor with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We are seeking a dedicated Secondary SEN Tutor to join our team, providing tailored 1:1 support to students with Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a student's educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

Provide support in various environments, including the student's home, school, or local venues in Bracknell.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Collaborate with parents, schools, and other professionals to ensure consistency in support.

Requirements:

Experience working with secondary-aged students with Autism, ADHD, and a variety of SEN needs.

Strong understanding of strategies to engage and motivate SEN learners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
