The successful Property Manager will be offered:

• Upto £40,000 Basic 
• Company Car

Property Manager requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in property management
• ARLA Qualification preferred but not necessary
• Ability to work within a team

Key tasks for the Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Liaising with landlord
• Liaising with tenants/ contractor
• Completing property inspections
• Working within the team
