Role Overview As the Hospitality Manager, you will leverage your outstanding people management and communication skills to ensure our residents enjoy an exceptional living experience. You will oversee all facets of hospitality operations, including healthy meal services, engaging activity programs, and top-tier housekeeping and maintenance.

Responsibilities

* Deliver a caring service experience reflecting our core values of compassion, empathy, and transparency.

* Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.

* Surpass resident expectations with superior hospitality services.

* Supervise food service operations, collaborating with the chef to ensure timely and quality meals.

* Create and implement engaging activities that enhance residents' well-being and enjoyment.

* Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards and ensure an inviting first impression.

* Promptly address maintenance issues to keep the facility in optimal condition.

* Manage the hospitality budget, balancing revenue targets with cost control.

* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to foster community engagement.

* Ensure staff are well-trained and equipped for their roles.

* Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety, and employment laws.

Skills and Attributes

* Proven experience in a similar role within a care home, hotel, or hospitality setting.

* Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

* Genuine interest in regularly engaging with residents and their families.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* A hands-on approach with a natural warmth and a passion for providing personal, high-quality hospitality.
