We have the opportunity to join a fast paced and rewarding recruitment office, specialising in the Logistics sector.
This will be an entry level position, offering opportunity to develop your skills and build into a fully established and successful recruitment consultant.

Our modern, brand-new offices based in Walsall, West Midlands offer an enjoyable working environment where our Logistics recruitment team support local businesses recruit temporary and permanent Candidates.

What is your role?
Support a busy logistics recruitment department, resourcing for new roles, building your network of candidates and clients. The role will involve high levels of output but for high levels of reward. You will enjoy the benefits of an established team to work with being surrounded by experienced recruiters to guide your development.
Additional duties:
Business development - Speaking to prospective clients, developing a relationship to offer temporary and permanent recruitment services
Finding the talent - Using the recruitment resources provided to support recruitment campaigns for clients across the West Midlands.
Market Knowledge - Build knowledge within the Industrial and Skilled sector, understand the market, skills shortages, salary bandings to create additional value to our clients.
Requirements for the role:
Previous sales experience either Business to Business / Business to Client (not essential)
Confident personality / build rapport easily
Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently but will work well in a team environment.
A positive approach to learning new skills.
Salary
Negotiable dependent on experience.
