Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN

Salary: £42,000
Shift Pattern: Day shifts, 36 hours per week

Our client, a reputable nursing home renowned for providing exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care, is actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to enhance their dedicated team. The home is designed to foster a homely and social environment, featuring inviting lounges and communal areas that encourage meaningful interactions among residents.

In this full-time position, you will work 36 hours per week with alternate weekends required, focusing on delivering high-quality care during day shifts.

Qualifications:
  • NMC Registration: Valid and active NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate Care: A patient-centred approach with a genuine commitment to enhancing residents' well-being.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing support and reassurance throughout their care journey.
