Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a valued client who is currently expanding their estate planning team due to a significant increase in work. This client has a constant work stream from their members, banks and charities so no need for marketing and no billable hours!

As the Estate Planning Solicitor, you will be:

Looking after your own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases to include Wills, Trusts and LPAs
Engaging with clients through numerous methods of communication
Working collaboratively with a supportive team to continually develop your legal skills, administrative support will also be provided at certain case levels
Using your legal knowledge to mentor more junior members of the team

The Estate Planning Solicitor will have:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to draft documents
The ability to use your initiative and prioritise your workload
A client-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships in a remote setting
