Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Calne who are actively looking to recruit a Welder/Fabricator to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

• TIG and MIG welding, ensuring that products are accurately manufactured in an effective and timely manner
• Working to continuously improve the production processes to extend efficiency, quality and meet the changing needs of the business

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous TIG / MIG Welding / fabricating experience essential
• Well-organised, careful, conscientious approach and eye for detail
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good literacy skills and numeracy skills.

What you will receive in return:

• Salary Competitive (DOE) with overtime available
• Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday including early finish on a Friday!
