We are currently looking for a Team Leader - Restaurant to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Team Leader - Restaurant ensure that the team is delivering an exceptional level of service with great attention to detail and outstanding guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests and their requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good relationships.
• Ensure regular guests are recognized and greeted accordingly.
• Assists to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
• Preparation of the mise en place for each meal period and to make sure that everything required during service and for the next shift is ready.
