This Responsive Surveyor role will be for a respected council who are based around the Bury area. Damp & Mould will be a big focus for this role over the next few months but all-round Repairs experience will be needed along with solid communication skills to liaise with other teams, contractors and tenants. • Damp & Mould experience is essential
• Good organisation and self-management skillset
• Extensive experience with Responsive Repairs
• Relative experience of building maintenance in a local authority or other registered social landlord
• Experience of working closely with Tenants
• Great communication skills
