All shifts would be 10 hours and could start and end at various times. Shifts may be morning or evening. Earliest start is 0600E and latest end is 2200E. You will be provided with a schedule in advance to allow you to plan. The norm would be to do 4 x 10 hour shifts in a row followed by 3 days off, but this can vary and may not be consecutive, but this will be explained further at interview. Flexibility is key!
You will be responsible for providing trip support to Air Partner's US Private Jets team. Delivering a seamless, elite customer experience to both external and internal customers will be the core of the role. You will encompass a variety of tasks including pre-flight logistics, current-day operations, and post-flight follow-through. The Trip Support team provides service to our clients 24/7/365. What you will be doing:
- Overseeing all flight operations logistics starting 72 hours prior to the flights departure, throughout and post-flight
- Offering elite customer service to provide a seamless experience for internal and external customers
- Focusing, with high attention to detail on all aspects of the trip
- Confirming the details of the customer journey with suppliers and operators
- Completing a pre-flight review of crew qualifications utilizing Air Partner's high safety standards, ensuring all company safety and compliance processes are followed
- Generating complete and timely flight briefs to the clients
- Offering precise flight following and movement notifications to clients
- Monitoring operations on the day of the flight, which requires being proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented
- Arranging / updating logistics for clients as needed, including ground transportation, catering or other specific requests
- Proactively researching potential flight issues (i.e. Weather delays / diversions, alternate airports, slot / parking / permit constraints, etc.)
- Escalating and clearly communicating any potential flight issues
- Providing accurate, complete, and concise pass down of information, ensuring all are kept apprised of details being handled and outstanding items
- Providing post flight duties including detailed documentation of capturing flight deviances, feedback and service disruptions in our case management system
- Utilizing and updating our company CRM and other flight operations systems
- Acting as an ambassador for Air Partner's products and services
- Maintaining the client and supplier database
- Ensuring full compliance with company procedures, protocols and safety standards
- Supporting the Customer First initiative to its fullest extent
What we are looking for:
- Previous work experience and / or a degree in an aviation-related discipline
- General knowledge of aviation, geography, and travel logistics
- Private aviation knowledge of Part 135 operations is desired
- And understanding of the US and international charter market and regulatory environment preferred
