In years 2-3 you will be put through the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) exams, which are industry recognised professional qualifications !

My client, a market leader in their field, are recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor based in Maidenhead. They are looking for new, enthusiastic candidates who are wanting to work in a sales environment.

Role duties:

• Administering mortgages to offer stage
• Establishing and developing relationships with Estate Agencies
• Placing cases with lenders
• Once you’ve had some training then telephoning warm leads and booking appointments
• Once trained further then carry out mortgage and protection appointments

• Enthusiastic to learn
• Personable
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail

They are offering a salary of £#removed#0, which will gradually increase to £26,700 once the CeMAP is completed (and there are further pay increases after this as you progress through the clear career development plan). You will have the opportunity to make an enormous amount of uncapped commission! There is a clear career program within the company, pay increases where due, and people stay with the company!

You will be given full training and development and will be joining a motivated/hard working team. You will also be supported in your studies and the CeMAP qualification will also be paid for.
