Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.

Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.

Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.

Prepare learning materials and assist with administrative tasks.

Supervise students during breaks and outings.

Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to enhance student learning.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children (preferred).

*

A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) is desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A patient, compassionate, and positive approach to learning.

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.

An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
