Our client is a leading architecture and design studio based in Milton Keynes specialising in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Currently seeking an Architect to join their team, they offer a salary of up to £45,000 DOE, hybrid and flexible working as well as friendly and supportive working environment.

This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and motivated Architect to join a dynamic team and work mid-size to large-size residential as well as institutional projects and student accommodation, both in the UK and internationally. We also encourage experienced part II Architectural Assistants to apply as these applications will be considered too.

Architect Job Overview

Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute architectural plans
Participate in all stages of the design process, from concept development to project completion, covering all RIBA stages
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and ensure quality control
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle

Architect Job Requirements

Proficiency in Revit
Experience in residential sector covering all RIBA stages
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A portfolio showcasing relevant residential design work

Architect Salary & Benefits

£35,000 - £45,000 salary (D.O.E.)
