Our client is seeking a passionate and visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead their efforts in accelerating the transition from diesel-powered equipment to electric alternatives, particularly in urban areas and industrial sectors. You will possess a deep understanding of sustainable practices and a proven track record in driving growth and innovation. You will be pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and advocating for cleaner, more efficient technologies. Our client can play a crucial part in reducing environmental impact, enhancing urban air quality, and positioning our company as a leader in the sustainable transformation of portable Air.

This position requires a high degree of gravitas as you will be speaking to senior figures in government, local authorities and their established client base. You will have a good understanding of the Association for Protected Environment and align this with our client's strategy. Ideally you will be a mechanical engineer by trade however we will consider candidates who are passionate about sustainability and can deliver strong messages and solutions to their clients to enable the transition from diesel powered equipment to electric alternatives. This is a national role so you will be expected to travel, and internationally sometimes for product training.

Qualifications:- 

University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, environtmental policies or other related.
More than 5 years' experience in green technology, marketing or sales in air compressors construction equipment engineering.
