Adecco are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join an expanding organisation based in Wellingborough
Job title: Administration Assistant
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Location: Wellingborough
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Sales order processing including sales invoicing
-Typing of purchase orders using excel
- Maintenance of different spreadsheet records
- Inbound/outbound post
- Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors on site
- Adhoc admin duties/filing as and when required
The ideal candidate:
-Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience within an administrative position
- Great organisational skills
- ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Adaptable to different work patterns and business demands
- Excellent attitude to learning, and being supportive of others
- Proactive with determination to succeed and improve
