Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admissions Officer to manage and coordinate the admissions process for the School. This role is pivotal in ensuring prospective students and their families experience a welcoming, efficient, and supportive journey from initial inquiry to enrollment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in representing the school's values, mission, and commitment to educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Process Management: Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to registration, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all applicants.
Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and families, providing clear and comprehensive information about the school's programs, application procedures, and enrollment timelines.
Coordination with Staff: Collaborate closely with the school's leadership, teachers, and administrative staff to ensure all aspects of the admissions process are seamless and effective.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicants, using school databases and software to track and report on admissions statistics and trends.
Event Coordination: Organize and participate in open houses, school tours, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
Compliance: Ensure that all admissions procedures comply with relevant regulations and policies, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data security.
Qualifications and Experience:

Education: A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
Experience: Prior experience in an admissions role or a similar administrative position within an educational setting is desirable.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
