Responsibilities include:

Monitoring and managing stock levels 📊
Forecasting supply and demand requirements ⚙️
Updating and reviewing weekly stock reports 📋
Liaising regularly with customers regarding orders 📞💻
Responding promptly to queries and discrepancies 📩
Coordinating customs clearance and haulage bookings 🚚📦
Keeping documentation and systems up to date ✅
Performing other related tasks as necessary 📊📑

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Logistics and stock management experience 📦📈
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills ✉️
Proactivity and the ability to work independently 🌟
Strong organisational and multitasking skills 🗂️
The ability to remain calm under pressure 😌

Desirable qualifications:

English and Maths GCSE Grade C or equivalent 🎓
Experience with accounts software such as Sage 200 🖥️
Familiarity with shipping processes and terminology 🚢
Knowledge of Custom and Excise procedures 📝🌍
