Coleman James Recruitment are working with our client in search of a Quantity Surveyor to work on a full time permanent basis.

Duties:

* Working on rail based projects.

* Undertake cost analysis for project work.

* Perform risk, value management and cost control.

* Place orders with sub-contractors and control all commercial aspects relating to subcontractor management.

* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

The ideal candidate:

* Quantity Surveying background is essential.

* Rail experience would be beneficial but not essential.
