They are a leading Building Structures consultancy with an excellent reputation in the industry and they have a unique opportunity for a Technical Director/associate to play a leading role in the expanding Building Structures office in Central Manchester on a full-time permanent basis.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, driven & charismatic individual who will head up this team and take it forward, responsible for the technical delivery of building structures projects, many of which are award winning and highly prestigious. You will also have an interest in sustainable design and be keen to develop this within the business..

• Working as technical lead, managing and leading projects,

• Responsible for managing structural projects with existing and new clients.

• A Chartered engineer,

• Experience in Structural design and a wide knowledge of the industry.

 • Excellent technical capability with a successful record of delivery,

• A role model in the management and delivery of profitable and technically excellent projects,

• A proven track record over a period of several years of managing structural projects, technical leadership, managing small teams, as well as establishing strong client relationships and repeat business opportunities.

You will be working with an existing Director and together will form the Manchester Senior Management team with a view to building the business and developing the careers.
