The Role - What You'll Be Doing:
·Manage and deliver civil engineering design elements for a variety of exciting and high-profile projects across the UK.
·Lead on the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies, as well as highways and road design.
·Utilize your expertise in software such as AutoCAD, Micro Drainage, Civil3D, PDS, Site 3D, and SUDS to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.
·Work closely with clients and external stakeholders, developing strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
·Be involved in all stages of projects, from inception to completion, making a real impact in the delivery of ground-breaking developments.
·Play a key role in the growth and development of the Civil Engineering team, bringing fresh ideas and innovative thinking to the table.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and the ability to manage a variety of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be:
·Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or similar) and ideally working towards Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
·Experienced in designing and managing projects using software such as AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, Civil3D, PDS, and Site 3D.
·Confident in preparing Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, and highways/road design.
·Excellent at building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
·Organised, efficient, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
·Creative and solution-oriented, with a passion for innovative design.
·A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills.
