Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Heathrow Airport - 70K

I am currently representing an excellent facilities & construction expert who are in need of a Estimator / Quantity Surveyor from a construction background to work within Heathrow Airport on a permanent basis. They have been successfully operating for over 10 years and provide full construction fit out through to facilities maintenance to high end commercial clients including airports, show rooms and various others.

You will be office based providing estimations, quotations, surveying jobs and costs form sub-contractors and estimating projects to mainly airport lounges on site. Duties to include researching materials,

equipment and labour costs. Gathering quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers. Assessing the levels of risk on a project. Analysing company data, exchange rates and prices using software packages.

They are ideally looking for someone from a construction background who has successfully delivered high end projects with full support from in house estimators and office team.

The client is also open to a junior Estimator / QS who is looking to get more training and support within a large team at Heahtrow. 

You will be based mainly at Heahtrow from the clients office and also support the Gatwick team. 

In return my client is looking to offer:

• 55 - 80K Basic Salary - dependant on exp.
• Mobile phone & laptop provided
• Contributionpension scheme
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Working hours day - 07.45 - 16.30
• Working at Heathrow - office based
