A technical product specialist role working within my clients drylining division. Handling incoming enquiries and requests for technical information from both the sales team and their customers, who include architects, house builders, main contractors, subcontractors and builders.

Package: circa £30k-£35k basic with a 10% bonus scheme, 24 days holiday and company pension scheme

Location: Sutton Coldfield, with the option of working remotely 3-days per week

THE ROLE - Technical Support Advisor:

• Working as a dry lining product specialist in what is a mainly reactive technical role, handling incoming enquiries from both the sales team and their customers
• Customers will typically be looking for product information and technical advice on application and installation
• Customers will include architects, house builders, main contractors, subcontractors and builders
• You will go out to site to meet customers, to trouble shoot, understand their needs and ensure they are purchasing the correct solution
• You will work alongside a very established and knowledgeable team, and full product and technical training will be provided

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Technical Support Advisor:

• Applicants with drylining experience will be readily received, but my client is equally happy to offer full product training, and supply the technical information required to carry out the role
• Applicants without dry lining will need some practical construction experience, with a logical approach to situations and be good at problem solving
• You will also be professional and articulate with first class communication skills
