About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to join our thriving school community in Clacton-on-Sea. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, fostering a love for learning, and ensuring all students achieve their full potential as they prepare for the transition to secondary education.

Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons specifically tailored to Key Stage 2 students, covering a broad and balanced curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and coherent educational experience across the Key Stage 2 phase.
Engage with parents and carers to build strong home-school relationships and support the educational journey of each child.
Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

About You as a Primary Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and the developmental needs of students at this stage.
Excellent classroom management skills with a nurturing and structured approach.
Ability to inspire and motivate students, helping them to achieve their best in preparation for secondary education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
A dedication to continuous professional development and alignment with the school's ethos.
