Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled School Business Manager to oversee the business and financial operations of five schools in Camden, London. As the School Business Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the schools. You will work closely with senior leadership teams to provide strategic financial planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the financial operations across five schools
Developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Overseeing procurement and ensuring value for money
Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
Managing payroll and HR functions
Leading and developing a team of administrative staff
Coordinating with external auditors and managing audits
Supporting the headteachers and governors with financial decision-making
Ensuring efficient use of resources and facilities management
Implementing and maintaining risk management strategiesQualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a school business management or financial management role
