About the client:
Our client has been operating children and young people's services since 2006, focusing on supporting residents in recovering from adverse childhood experiences to lead independent and safe lives. They specialise in risk management for young people with complex needs. The home aims to offer innovative, high-quality residential care to children and young people in a nurturing, understanding and safe environment.
The client is looking for a skilled and committed Registered Manager or an experience Deputy Manager to join their team at a children's home in Camden. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team that shapes the future of the home.
This innovative service has been fully refurbished to a high standard and is focused on delivering collaborative, psychologically informed care to children and young people.

Candidates will also have:
Recent experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager in a Children's Home
Experience of working effectively with young people, with a range of social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties
Level 5 in Leadership and Management (for those with exceptional experience, we will consider supporting candidates to achieve this as part of their role)
Excellent IT, literacy and numeracy skills
Salary and benefits:
Starting salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per annum based on suitability and experience
