Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional firm of Independent Financial Advisers.
Due to further business expansion, our client are looking to appoint an Administrator to join the business on a full or, part time basis.
Responsibilities
- Interaction with clients.
- Undertake product research.
- Liaise with product providers and third parties to acquire information.
- Obtain illustrations.
- Prepare client reviews.
- Prepare and maintain detailed compliant client files.
- Record any client communication (written, oral or electronic).
- Full time, office based role.
Candidate
- Previous Administration experience is essential, experience working within Financial Services is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- The ability to source, analyse and summarise information.
- Be meticulous and analytical, with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
Package
- Salary will be dependent on skills and experience.
- Full or part time hours.
