About the role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students. You'll work alongside experienced educators in small intervention groups and one-on-one settings, supporting Key Stage 1 and 2 classes. The vacancy arises due to our commitment to enhancing SEN provision, making this a pivotal time to join our dedicated team.

Application Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification.

• Passion for supporting children's educational and social development.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with classroom teachers and external specialists.

• Experience in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support during lessons, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.

• Assist class teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, adapting materials, and providing in-class support to promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment across mainstream classrooms.

• Offer personalised support to students through individual sessions and small group interventions.
