Job Requirements:
• Engage in all marketing and home promotion activities.
• Actively sell the home and develop links with local authorities and other external organizations.
• Implement care and business strategies and oversee staff hiring.
• Join a compassionate organization dedicated to ensuring a high standard of life for all service users.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors.
• Exhibit excellent business skills, including successfully filling beds and enhancing the home's profile within the local community.
The successful candidate will have:
• RMA / NVQ 5 or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a manager
• Knowledge of quality standards
• CIW legislation knowledge
• Marketing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
