Marketing Executive - 360 Marketing Role

Salary: Up to £35k + travel allowance
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join my clients team, supporting a high-profile residential development project. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a 360 marketing role, delivering end-to-end campaign management, social media content creation, event activation, and performance reporting.

You will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with a Marketing Manager, internal graphic designers, and external agencies. Initially, your focus will be on a regeneration scheme and landmark development with a strong emphasis on community engagement and sustainability.

This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, hardworking, and committed to building a long-term career in property marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.

• Manage social media channels, content creation, and scheduling using platforms like Canva, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.

• Analyse and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

• Oversee event activations and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency and high-quality outputs.

• Support administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in residential property development marketing (either in-house or agency side).

• A creative yet analytical mindset, capable of producing innovative campaigns while tracking their effectiveness.

• Proficiency in Canva, Google Analytics, and scheduling software (Hootsuite/Mailchimp/C360).

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• A proactive attitude, ready to take ownership and drive marketing initiatives forward.
