Job Description About the Role:
- Lead the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service.
- Support the Chef Manager with administrative tasks as required.
- Work 40 hours per week, and a variety of shift patterns to meet business needs.
Qualifications - Previous experience as a Senior Chef or kitchen leadership role; experience in school catering is beneficial.
- Operationally focused, with a hands-on approach to driving food quality.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and rewarding environment.
