Role Overview:

1. Lead and manage single/multiple electrical contracts from start to finish.

2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of electrical project delivery.

2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

3. Manage and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.

4. Provide technical and commercial input during project planning and execution.

5. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve any project issues.

6. Budget management and cost control for all contracts.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in electrical contracting or project management.

2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and compliance.

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

4. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings.

5. Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.

6. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HND, or equivalent in electrical engineering).
