• Participate in varied building surveying activities, gaining comprehensive exposure to the commercial sector
• Work alongside senior surveyors to support project delivery and client management

• Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development within a collaborative team

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
• Any relevant construction or consultancy experience (beneficial but not essential)
• Commitment to APC progression and professional growth

• Salary: £28,000 - £34,000
