M&E Project Manager Opportunity - Waltham Abbey

Are you an experienced M&E Project Manager, or a Site Manager/Supervisor ready to step up? Our client, a thriving contractor in Waltham Abbey, is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to take charge of multiple projects across the region.

The Role:

* Oversee 2-3 sites simultaneously (projects up to £2M total)

* Manage labour, materials, tenders & price variations

* Read & interpret programmes & progress reports

* Ensure smooth site operations & deliver on time & budget

* Occasional office days in Waltham Abbey, with regular site travel

The Ideal Candidate:
✔ M or E qualification essential
✔ Strong knowledge of project management & cost control
✔ Confident managing teams, schedules & subcontractors
✔ Previous experience in an M&E supervisory or management role

Salary: £60K - £65K + package
