Main Missions
To ensure that all orders and data, regardless of service or programme, are processed in an accurate and timely manner within agreed SLA's.
To support Customer Care, Commercial, Financial and Account Teams with enquiries specifically related to the Order Processing and Data Entry function, communicating effectively with all stakeholders and to update monitoring tools (CRM) with all relevant information.
Providing exceptional customer service to our customers and clients and collaborating with internal people to ensure the highest level of service is delivered whilst maximising TP for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Input orders/data into bespoke systems to complete the process and get the voucher products to the customer.
Import data according to specific file specifications through bespoke applications
Update, maintain and retrieve information held on computer systems
Knowledge of operational processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximising the effective distribution of rewards
Controls all the applications specific to the position
Can identify incidents within the operational process
Involved in establishing operational priorities
Proposes actions for improvement
Control and observe procedures and instructions
To adhere to all data protection regulations when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Client and internal reporting
Investigating and responding to recipient, client, and retailer queries
Ensure that detailed work instructions are produced and updated, complying with relevant operating standards
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to achieve the best possible solutions
Support Customer Care, Commercial, Financial and Account Teams with participant queries.
Ensure files are sent to retail partners in the correct formats and within SLA's.
Placing stock orders within agreed timescales.
Perform all other duties as reasonably required that are consistent with both training and experience

Work with the Rewards Team Lead and Head of Client Operations to ensure that the department is seen as a valued business partner at the heart of the business and which the Segments are happy to utilise for service delivery
Assist the Rewards Team Lead to grow and improve current voucher products and processes.
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients and retailers
To comply with relevant ISO9001 and ISO27001 operating standards
To act in the best interests of the business at all times
To perform all other duties as required, consistent with training and experience
To understand and comply with Pluxee policies and procedures
Work Experience Requirements:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
Confident to highlight issues and suggest ways of improvement
Great attention to detail, particularly with finances, grammar, spelling, and tone of voice
Good understanding of numerical data
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Methodological approach to repetitive tasks
Customer Focused
Resilient and flexible - adapt approach and solutions to meet customer requirements
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to communicate well at all levels
Keen to learn
Experience using a CRM system desirable, such as Salesforce
Experience of working in a busy administrative client support type role preferential
