The Opportunity:Nigel Wright Group are supporting a repeat client in their search for a Sales Executive. Our client has over 15 years’ experience and expertise in property-related activity ranging from regeneration and modernisation to new build schemes and are now one of the North East’s most successful housing developers. This is an exciting opportunity for Sales Executives who are experienced working in a fast-paced house-building sales environment to join the team and support delivering the ambitious growth plans. If you are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience for those looking to buy a new home then this could be a great time to join our client as they deliver two new developments to the marketplace. Role Profile:As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to provide a professional customer-centric service to prospective and ongoing purchasers and achieve sales and financial targets on allocated developments. Primary duties include dealing with the day-to-day running of the sales centre and site, winning prospective customers, maintaining good relationships with ongoing customers and business partners and achieving sales goals. Sales Executives are responsible for maximising profit using their negotiation skills and via the upselling of optional extras. They will provide an outstanding customer journey from first point of contact through to handover of the completed plot and post completion to help build a community they can be proud of.
•    Manage your new build development and be held responsible for the sales performance on site
•    Maximise profit across sales and additional add-ons and exceed targets
•    Provide regular sales progression contact with purchasers 
•    Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance throughout the journey to achieve highly satisfied customers 
•    Liaise with financial and legal professionals in order to assist the customer in monitoring and progressing the sale
•    Proactively chase and create sales, face to face/telephone/Teams whilst maintaining a healthy future database
•    Carry out market research on both new build competitors and second hand markets within a specified radius of the site
•    Adhere to all Health and Safety standards, requirements and procedures in relation to yourself, customers and the development at all times. Person Specification:
•    Excellent negotiation skills
•    Professional disposition and resilient
•    Good listening skills and attention to detail 
•    Able to manage multiple customers and meet conflicting demands whilst maintaining high quality of work
•    Educated to GCSE level or higher 
•    Knowledge of Salesforce preferred 
•    Experience of using Microsoft Packages preferred 
•    Proficient in reading working drawings
•    Working in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in House Building / Private Sector
•    Working in partnership with key stakeholders 
•    Working with Conveyancing Solicitors and Financial Advisors
•    Self-motivated, competitive and ambition to succeed in selling products
•    It is essential you hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a car
