JOB TITLE- Welfare Officer

ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is looking for an education welfare officer for a Secondary school in Ealing. The ideal candidate will support students' physical and emotional well-being by offering first aid when necessary and addressing their pastoral care needs. They will also be collaborating closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies and will ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed and flourish.

· Hours - 8:00 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Three Day First Aid Qualification
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
· Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
