As part of its growth, this organisation is expanding its Product & Tech team, delivering innovative digital experiences for students and learners worldwide. The business is entering a new phase of growth and innovation, and we are looking for a Senior Web Analyst.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be key to enabling our team to leverage insights that optimise how we deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance experiences for our users. Your focus will be on improving the website's conversion rate and ensuring it aligns with business growth goals.

Reporting directly to the Product Analytics Manager, helping shape a more customer-centred, data-driven website experience. Your work will directly impact how the business meet their users' needs and contribute to a broader strategic transformation of digital products and platforms.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use analytics to understand and communicate user behaviours on the website
  • Develop data-driven hypothesis and metrics to optimise website product performance
  • Leading on experimentation plans - including A/B testing
  • Communicating findings and providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identify and explain behavioural changes that impact performance
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies across all analysis and testing.

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong expertise in GA4 and Data Visualisation
  • Experience with analytical tools like SQL, Python, BigQuery etc.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms like Optimizely.
  • Strong background in analytics and data management
  • Strong communication skills
