Job Requirements of this Maths Teacher job in Swindon:

Qualifications: Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience teaching Maths at Entry Level, Functional Skills, Key Stage 3, and GCSE levels

Additional Information:

Smart Education is recruiting a Maths Teacher for a trauma and attachment-informed organisation, providing extensive therapeutic training and support to all staff. The Maths Teacher will work with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. The Maths Teacher will be part of a team where a closely triangulated approach places the child at the centre of decision-making, ensuring collaboration between education and therapy professionals, parents/carers, local authority teams, and students.
