We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join a renowned engineering firm at their site based in Macclesfield.

What's on offer?

* £50,000 - £60,000 per year

* Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (early finish on Fridays)

* 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) - rising with service

What will you be doing as a Technical Manager?

* Leading a team to validate system, product, and material performance in line with customer and regulatory requirements

* Overseeing testing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and continuous improvements

* Supporting the design, sales, and operations teams, contributing to new product development

* Managing employee performance and fostering a continuous improvement mindset within the team

* Representing the company in industry forums and regulatory groups

What do you need?

* Graduate qualified, with a background in engineering or a related field

* Strong project management skills and experience with testing techniques

* Previous experience in team leadership and people development

* Flexible, organised, and resilient, with a willingness to travel both in the UK and internationally
