Leader Group have partnered with an established group who are seeking a Registered Manager for their children's home to success!

Location: Wakefield
Service Type: 2-bedded EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's home
Salary: Up to £50,000 - £65,000

What You'll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards.
• Oversee the care and development of young people with EBD, fostering positive outcomes.
• Lead and motivate the staff team, providing training and support as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential care setting.
• Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding practices.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
