Bennett and Game are pleased to be representing an established and growing landscaping specialist, who are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join them. Our client predominately focuses on invasive plant removals for residential and commercial properties across the UK. As a Site Supervisor, you will be managing a range of residential projects, mostly within 1-2 hours of Woking. You will be managing projects that can last up to a week and require you to communicate well with your team and the customer. You may also be required to help out when needed and this position will be full time site based with occasional visits to the office in Woking.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has previous experience supervising or managing landscaping projects, invasive plant removal experience isn't essential. This company has grown exponentially within the last few years and have a very strong pipeline of projects moving forward. There will also be very good progression opportunities available for the successful candidate.

Salary and Benefits:

£30,000 - £35,000

Site Supervisor Position Overview

The job involves the removal and/or herbicide treatment of invasive plants such as Japanese knotweed and bamboo from both domestic and commercial properties.
You will also undertake basic soft landscaping and garden maintenance such as returfing,
planting, pruning, and vegetation clearance, mainly as part of reinstatement works.
You will be responsible for running all works on site, ensuring high standards are met, whilst ensuring jobs are completed on time and on budget.
You will need to build rapport with customers, engaging them and keeping them informed on progress during works and monitoring visits.
Complete and sign off site paperwork
Work closely with the office-based Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth running of jobs
Manage, train and encourage site team, including subcontractors as necessary

Site Supervisor Position Requirements

Must have previous experience as a supervisor or manager within a landscaping role
Full UK drivers license
Based within 1-2 hours of Woking
Happy to travel when needed
Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365
PA1 or PA6 would be advantageous
