Security Service Engineer at Atexa Fire and Security

Location: East Kilbride (Travel mainly within Central Belt)
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Holidays: 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Service Engineer to join the team at Atexa, responsible for the service and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Systems in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industry-leading security manufacturers, but full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and maintain CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems.
Work with security technologies, including Genetec, IndigoVision/Motorola, cloud-based solutions, and Honeywell (training available).
Provide high-quality service and technical support to clients.
Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Travel mainly within the Central Belt as part of daily duties.

Requirements:

✅ Experience in servicing and maintaining CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Systems.
✅ Familiarity with Genetec, IndigoVision/Motorola, cloud technologies, and Honeywell (preferred but not essential).
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ Full UK driving license.
